Sustainable Resources Group operates a dedicated industrial facility in Freehold, New Jersey. We provide flexible toll processing for organic materials from wet residuals to finished, packaged product.
We help manufacturers, residual generators, and product developers turn organic materials into stable, high-value products through flexible toll processing.
Toll Drying
We accept wet material in bulk trailers or supersacks and dry it through our low-temperature dryer. We also receive dry material in supersacks. Once dry, material can move into any combination of the services below.
Blending
In our blender we can rehydrate material, add dry ingredients, or introduce liquids. This allows us to create custom mixes tailored to performance, nutrient, or handling requirements before packaging or pelleting.
Pellet Formulation
We develop and refine custom pellet recipes through trials and optimization. Formulation work can be done as a standalone service or as preparation for full-scale production runs.
Full-Scale Custom Pelleting
We produce consistent, high-quality pellets on our pelletizing line with two stages of screening.
- 5.84 mm – Traditional fuel pellet size, well suited for burning and feed applications
- 4 mm – Versatile mid-size option
- 2.4 mm – Smaller diameter designed for broadcast spreading applications

These sizes support a range of end uses including fuel, animal feed, bedding, soil amendment, fertilizer, and specialty products.
Packaging & Load-Out
Finished or intermediate material can be packaged in heat-sealed poly bags (10–50 lb) or supersacks, or loaded directly into bulk trailers. Pallets are stretch-wrapped and sealed for outdoor storage and ready for shipment.
