At Sustainable Resources Group (Upcycled Coffee), your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer free shipping on all orders (the shipping cost is included in the displayed product price).
Shipping Policy
Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS only. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
Returned Packages If a package is returned to us as “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect or incomplete address (including PO Box errors), we will issue a refund for the product price only, minus the original shipping cost. The customer may place a new order if needed.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items Due to health and biosecurity concerns (including avian flu and flock health risks), we cannot accept returns of any opened or used poultry bedding / coffee grounds products. This policy protects both our customers and their flocks.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- We will review your request and provide return instructions and an address.
- Ship the unopened item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund for the full product price within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
